Pre-oxygen fibers, also known as pre-oxidized fibers, are intermediate products in the production process of carbon fibers. It is made of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers after pre-oxidation treatment at 200-300°C, and has unique high temperature resistance, flame retardant and dimensional stability. Compared with ordinary fibers, pre-oxygen fiber fabrics will not melt and drip under high temperature environments, and the limit oxygen index (LOI) is as high as 38%-55%. They are flame-retardant materials and can effectively reduce fire risks.
